Tanner was described by Kort as Zayaire’s ‘get-it-done man’.  In response to Lia’s query about whether he was a ‘fixer’ or a ‘cleaner’ Kort said, “Fixer… Mostly.  But high enough that he can call on cleaners if needed.”   Tanner is a small man, wiry and dark skinned, aged about 20 kCy with dark wavy hair and yellow-grey eyes. Lia had a sense of power, confidence and that he is used to being obeyed.  There’s a sense of a facade of utter calm and control.  His movements are economic and precise.  He doesn’t waste words, and projects an air of utter focus on whatever he’s focussing upon, but that he won’t waste time on trivialities.
