Jayline Fok-Bollyn, is a social correspondent with the Dominion News Network.

As such she is actually a member of the Bureaucracy working for the Communications Bureau. At the social functions she covers, Jayline opts for expensive but slightly garish clothing and attempts to incorporate her news-gathering tech into her outfits. She is, by vocation and inclination, a voracious gossip.
