Notes
Cinna Asterion is one of Raina’s lieutenants.
She is a lady who projects a sense that she’s made of delicate parchment wrapped ornately around a sharpened steel trap – and when the trap goes off you’ll have plenty of time while you’re waiting for the hunter to arrive to read that the parchment has the blackest profanity imaginable written on it, but all in delightful penmanship.
Cinna is always very reserved behind a sort of brittle politeness, that manner has been unchanged both before and after Lia’s contract with Raina. Cinna conveys a sense that she is holding something back (even at her most intimate she looks more like she’s having a migraine than an orgasm!)
Cinna is the one that first bought Lia to Raina’s attention.

Cinna became Winta’s client after they did smuggling business.
Cinna has engaged Lia to do ‘local courier work’ moving various product from Antipodes (which is Captree’s mining and industrial centre) to other parts of the planet without drawing official attention.
Lia came across the Kamphet tip and presented the information to Cinna, who backed her to go to Christos’ Scarf in the nearby Argyropoulos system and bring back the sample, that being her first inter-system job for Cinna.
Cinna had already gained enough trust in Lia to give her the help-line number before the Kamphet job.
