Victor is a tall, cadaverous-looking man with greying sandy brown hair and grey eyes. No-one in the party has yet seen smile. Victor is at least 18kCy old.
Apparently a competent physician, he was reluctant to join the group but it is obvious that Vizier Frederick has some sort of hold over him.
Victor is a former legion member (Staff Under Commander Surgeon (Retired) Victor Fromm.)
