Magnus Akwilla was a man Lia met while travelling from Argyropoulos to Captree aboard the Mercantile Bureau passenger liner Captree Traveller.

Lia originally tagged him with the moniker ‘Formal Wear’  when she met him at dinner, based on his attire being the most formal of the people in the room, later discovering his name as Magnus Akwilla.  

He was aged 15-16 and took time to take in the room before being waited on by a steward.  He is reserved and observant, confident in his movements.  Lia had a sense she had been noted, filed and was to be actioned in due course.
