Outside is dark night and overcast (Zarg’s World is tidally-locked; this description essentially never changes) on the frost-coated wasteland dotted with concrete buildings that is the Downport.

The exit from the shuttle is more salubrious though, a climate-controlled boarding tube leading to the Downport concourse.  

There are shops and hotels here, a local travel pod station and a sign leading to the domestic flight area.

There’s the usual array of personal shops and services, restaurants, hotels and bars, parts suppliers for spacecraft, a branch of the Dominion Bank, a Legion Cast and various other Dominion Bureaucracy offices.  There’s a small Sportsball arena, where two local teams are currently sportsing for the ball.  There’s a cinema with 2D, 3D, VR, audio only and optional scent-channel movies playing; like most cinemas in the Dominion there’s scheduled programs of new releases and occasional classics, and smaller viewing rooms that will play shows on-demand from a catalogue.  There’s an entertainment complex for various games and pastimes.
