The Clement Basin Legion Cast is a series of large, low stone buildings built on an extensive stretch of land at the edge of the city.

Alan rolls the Crawler up to the main gate and his uniform and security tag is sufficient to get through the gate and into the car park out the front of the administration building.

The administration building is entered via a set of double-height doors that are flanked by a pair of stone columns.  Inside of these is a smaller set of paired doors that act as a block against the weather and beyond that is a cavernous foyer heated with columnar heaters.  In the centre of the room is a square stone reception containing four uniformed Legionnaires whose job it is to direct traffic.

  

From the foyer tag through the door and along the corridor beyond.  They are led through a side door that opens onto a stair well and they go down some distance and along what is clearly a subterranean passage before being led into a utilitarian meeting room with metal furniture.
