Location

The Vizierate Complex on Mundo Zargo is located just outside Tropica City.  The complex is accessed along a major transit artery and then off an exit past past some light scrubland.

Alternately, approaching by air one can see they’re circling a building that looks like the base of a black pyramid. It’s lit with purple-hued lights and set on a low hill among its own grounds.

  

Grounds

Outside it is light and the star is rising toward the meridian; there’s not a cloud in the pale blue sky.  Outside the window Lia can see the Vizierate complex is set on extensive grounds with low rises and falls in the terrain, mostly manicured lawn but with patches of bushes and trees here and there.  The perimeter is bordered by a double ring of trees and a high wall, except for where it meets a small lake directly in front of her window, beyond which she can see the buildings of the city.  

  

Roof Landing Bay

A recessed landing bay on the roof of the building accommodates Aerostats and can be pressurised for comfortable transfer.  Guests will be asked to tag in and the area is staffed by Vizierate Wardens.

An elevator provides access to the rest of the building.

The complex has facilities to accommodate visitors.

  

Luxury Suites, Example:  The Elephant Suite

Beyond the door, the suite is huge and luxurious.  Obviously on the outer wall of the pyramidal building, one wall has an inward slope and is dominated by a huge picture window overlooking the darkened grounds of the Vizierate complex with the lights of the city visible across from and reflected in what seems to be a small lake. 

The central living area has a large, low circular couch around a height-adjustable round table.  There is a massive vid screen on one wall and another is dominated by a large hand-painted picture of a mythical beast – an elephant rampant with wild shaggy hair and the signature tentacle coming out of its face above tusks and below startling blue eyes. 

The suite is done in colours taken from the picture – mostly greys and blues with orange highlights to match the fire coming from the beast’s mouth and face-tentacle.

On one side of the room is a dining nook with benches and chairs at a table big enough to seat six.  Through doors off the living area Lia can see a separate kitchen, bath room, two bedrooms and what might be two separate study/office/meeting rooms. 

In the bathroom, visitors will find complimentary robes in blue-grey.  There are two message terminals in the suite, one in the main living area and one in the office/study/spare room.
