Adjacent to the Tropica City Prosperity Hotel, the shopping complex is a vaulted open space, a half-dozen levels of balconies containing shops surrounding a central open column, that would be a giant light-well in the daylight and at night is lit with shifting coloured spotlights from above. A column of water drops lazily in the low gravity from a downward-pointing spire in the middle of the space.

There are establishments providing food, drink, clothes, jewellery, perfume, body-care, consumer goods, electronics, games, entertainment, sport, fitness and other services.
