Access

On the far side of the entertainment and services area is a pressurised, glassed-covered walkway they can use to travel comfortably through the gardens down to the beach area few side paths and exits lead off to other areas of the resort or directly to the outside.    

Description

Ranulf’s On-The-Water is built partly on the beach and extends out over the water itself.  The front area on the beach is a take-away section (with adjacent giant indoor beach sandpit).  Further back they have a choice of the outer ring, with views of the (currently) night sky over the ocean, or the tank, which is built below the water level and looks out on an underwater plant garden.

Table service is available in the outer ring and tank, or they can order something and grab a picnic table in the sandpit.

The Tank

They make their way to the tank, where a server shows them to a table in a corner and gives them hardcopy menus to peruse.  

Beside them through the transparent wall, underwater lights in slowly shifting colours illuminate a garden of strangely shaped local xeno-plants, wafting gently in the sea currents.
