The Private Suites are adjacent to the Conference Facilities, and can be directly accessed from there with appropriate authorisation.

Beyond [the door to the private suites] is a corridor, ending in a small lobby containing an elevator and a Legion guard.  She scans their ID Tags and the elevator takes them up a couple of floors.

When the doors open, the Under Commander who was standing watch by the doors of the larger room earlier greets them and beckons them in.

This area seems to be a central lobby for four separate suites, but three of the four doors are open and it’s apparent the private party includes all of them.

The room to the left is dark with thrumming music emerging.  The second room, ahead and left, seems to be filled with a dozen or so people talking in the slightly loud way of a room full of people who at this point have consumed a lot of alcohol.  The third room, ahead and to the right, seems quiet.  The door to the right is closed, and the Under Commander is standing in front of it.
