I-021: Spanial, Common Room (Hyperspace to Roseman)

Prrri and Lia (and now everyone)

Prrri uncoils a long, red-coloured, fabric-covered tube, belatedly raises it in toast.  As well as Lia, Gregar spots what he is doing and raises his glass again.

Prrri holds the tube above his upraised mouth, bites a cap off one end with his needle-sharp teeth, and then squeezes from the top, flushing a stream of liquid into his mouth.  

Karmen and Oliver

Karmen nods back to Oliver’s encouraging words, then notes Prrri’s actions and raises her drink as he lowers the tube, a few drops of liquid dripping from his muzzle.

Common Room

When people settle, Karmen says, “So, here’s the plan:

“We’re heading for Captree via Way Station Roseman, estimate about 9 Cycles to the Highport there.  I don’t plan to stay very long, we’ll clear Customs and get on our way.  Usually get a good price for Radioactives at Captree so I wasn’t going to look to sell at the Way Station.  Probably not worth seeing if we can pick anything up, it’s a small, quiet place.

“Roseman to Captree’s about 10 Cycles.  Lia has commitments there and we’ll drop her off to take care of those.”

Inevitably, eyes turn to Lia at that point.

To Oliver, “If it’s alright with you, I’ll sell the speculative cargo there, pick up something else as cover, so it doesn’t look odd that we’re running empty.

“Then we jump to Nonoop outside the Dominion Sphere, that’s about 8 Cycles.  We drop Oliver off to meet the Separatists, and head back to Dominion Space.

“Any questions or comments? ’cause I have some, for sure.”
