Assumption

Overlord Hendon Kirton became the thirty-eighth Overlord on the death of his brother, Overlord Kannt.  

Overlord Kannt, adopted his half-brother Hendon Landmark into Kirton House soon after his assumption. Overlord Kannt Nominated Hendon as his Name Heir after the death of Overlord Kannt’s son Kent. 

Although a respected name, house Landmark was a ‘Younger House’ and Overlord Hendon was the first Ought-member of such a house to become Overlord.
