Raina’s face softens ever so slightly in response to the change in Lia.
“I think your worry was what I was referring to when I asked about things becoming awkward. Will I take that as a yes?”
Is she referring to Lia’s initial outburst about the complications of this arrangement due to Raina being her boss? I’ve gone back over a few entries looking for a reference to awkwardness but I can’t see it – what am I missing?
