H-483: Little Isle Manor House, Upper Lounge

Metagame

Just to be clear, I was only suggesting speeding the rest of this particular visit.  I think we still have a fair chunk of module to go to answer the questions you have posed.  I will say that I have found this section of the Parlour and then Breakfast useful in that regard.

I’m not sure I agree with you about conversations ≠ plot.

Upper Lounge

Angela stays within hailing distance but quietly slips to the far side of the lounge while Lia and Raina finish their respective meals, focussing on their food.

Raina isn’t projecting anything of discomfort – but is Lia likely to find the silence comfortable?  Or not?

When they’ve finished eating, Raina will ask if Lia has had enough to eat?

Whatever Lia’s answer is, she will take at face value and possibly order additional food or beverages if Lia indicates dissatisfaction.

Otherwise she will state, “You didn’t answer my question, how would you like to enjoy our time together before you have to depart?”

  1. Lia Silver-Rose says:

Well it’s good to hear that you’re not bored with all the conversation! I was beginning to worry that it wasn’t interesting 🫠

Lia will find the silence curious, as if she’s still trying to puzzle Raina out, rather than uncomfortable.

She has had enough to eat and is happy to do something else.

Raina will notice a flicker of confusion that she is still wanting to spend time with her, considering she has made it clear that there will not be anything other than a professional relationship between them.

“I confess to being curious about a firing range.”

    She shrugs elegantly.

“Guns are not really my thing but…I would like to see it.”
