There’s no additional information to be gained from Lia’s observation of Raina’s Body Language; Raina is clearly still highly attentive and engaged but she’s suppressed the excitement that Lia previously observed, and anything else she might be feeling.  In particular, there are no warning signs about having crossed a line.

Would Lia be red or black, I wonder? No I don’t. She’s totally red. 😜

There is a brief movement of Lia’s eyebrows at Raina’s gentle response and a fractional shift in her shoulders. Nothing else changes in Lia’s body language or demeanor.

There is a small pause as Lia continues to gaze at Raina, taking in her head tilt and her attentiveness despite the fact that Lia just gave her the verbal equivalent of a slap.
