“A stack of pancakes with virgin fruit and cream, Mer,” the steward responds, and turns to Raina questioningly.

“That sounds tempting, but for me, poached cheggs on virgin leafy greens with a rasher of bacon and chef’s spicy sauce.”

The table steward nods and disappears to communicate with the kitchen.

Raina says, “try your coffee – tell me what you think?”
