I realised that back when this was new I gave Jacob 5 stars for me being excited that he’d stuck with it for over fifty posts…

Parlour
Gently and calmly, “Angela was the one that brought you up here. Just tell her I’ve asked you to organise some clothes for an extended stay; she’ll make sure your room continues to be available too.”
Ooh! Star palooza 😄 Thank you!
“Oh, Angela. Right.”
She seems relieved but also flustered.
“I’m usually better at remembering things like that.”
She looks at Raina and seems to pull herself together.
“I remember Angela, she was very helpful. I’ll ask her about clothes. Thank you again for such a lovely evening.”
She extends her hand in an echo of their first meeting.
