I often don’t reveal the outcome of roll, just let it influence how things are written and NPC’s respond. However, for information, in their quick contest of wills, Raina critically succeeded on her roll.
Parlour
Raina doesn’t appear at all pressured to fill the silence, and seems to feel that her statement about trusting her judgement on matters of Lia’s skills, trustworthiness and potential can be safely accepted as a universal truth.
Lia shifts briefly under Raina’s gaze. Her lips part slightly and she moistens them with the tip of her tongue. There is evidence of the tiniest hint of a flush.
“Hmm. If we hadn’t had that conversation earlier, I would say I was flattered…”
