I agree that Lia is very practiced at telling the lie about her origin, and I think the appropriate way to reflect that is to add the standard +4 one gets for undertaking a routine task, so it’s 9 vs 18 perhaps further modified by any positives or negatives based on Raina’s reaction to Lia.

Raina is studying Lia carefully.
