I’ll say one she’s met, one she has not. 

One is an Undercrat with the Planning Bureau who was flagged as a possible candidate for a more senior position should a new administrative region be created for the new Arcology.  The other is a Junior Secretary who is doing a lot of co-ordination work on the project.  

You can choose which Lia has already engaged with.

While I think this can be dealt with largely by the rolls you’ve already made, you can have Lia engage with one or both of them and have a couple of rolls to either improve (or damage!) the progress made so far.  If you start a conversation the comments, we can play it out, of just deal with it in the abstract, as you’d prefer. 

Musician

The drum kit is a mostly acoustic one, supplemented by a small electronic pad.  When the music starts, the Felline plays the tall drums mostly as hand drums, though there’s a bass drum behind her that she hits with a short, thick stick gripped in her tail.  Periodically she taps her claws on the programmable pad to make other percussion sounds.

Over the course of the event she will occasionally play her wind instrument, which resembles in construction and timbre a small contemporary gourd flute, but with a significantly altered mouthpiece and pipe shape to match the Felline’s anatomy.  Some of the melodies sound slightly discordant, but it’s matched to the other music pleasantly enough. 

When she plays, she puts her whole body into it, swaying lithely and dancing around when she plays her flute and can move out from behind her drums.
