Dator then plugs a widget into a display screen and proceeds to take her through a lengthy information dump about the planned Vista Reef Arcology.  He briefs her on the chosen site, some high-level engineering details (some of which she will appreciate fairly quickly and in a depth that may surprise him because of the overlap with her Geology skill), draft architectural plans, a map which addresses the broad location details and the administrative region aspect of the brief that Raina is interested in, broader details of personalities involved in the project encompassing both the engineering and the political/ bureaucratic aspects of the project.  Someone has also put together a preliminary analysis (heavily caveated that much is speculation) of the sort of things the project might require and matched that with a list of possible local suppliers.
