Publicly available information on Raina is limited, but not zero; to some extent, Lia’s research and her trip to Central district align.
Her name is Sceleste Raina – Raina, perhaps surprisingly, being her house name not her given name – though no-one ever seems to call her anything but Raina. She is aged 16, her birth date having been not that long ago. Mother Mimar Raina, father did not accept the offspring and so is less easily amenable to a research query.
Unlike someone she will research in the future, Raina is not apparently a socialite, though she will find that Raina apparently maintains a residence on Little Isle, which is about 100km from Cap Isle, and there are occasional ‘private functions’ held there to which the gossip socialites apparently don’t have access.
It seems she is a named partner in the private legal advisory partnership of Zevon, Croolsee, Brownej and Raina, which operates out of the office building Lia is to visit to collect the documents.
