H-203: Captree, Platters on The Esplanade

Her assessment is that Raina and Cinna seem comfortable in each other’s company, enough that the slight dig about Cinna’s drink preference was taken in genuine good humour and delivered without an edge, but there’s a subtle yet definite undertone of who’s boss and who is subordinate.

Raina acknowledges the wine comment agreeably without going into further depth.

There is food available as part of the function, but Raina’s table, unlike most others, doesn’t appear set for eating – just drinking with a few extra glasses present.  If you wish you may roll Observation or Body Language.

A general response to her question seemed to be all Raina was after.  Raina notes that most of the bureaucrats she’s likely to be working with are based here but she might well be moving around the planet a bit.  Cinna notes that Lia/Emerald has already been doing courier work from Antipodes.

As a natural follow-on Raina asks, “so you don’t seem to be a local, where are you from?”
