H-202: Captree, Platters on The Esplanade
The wine is, as promised, young and fresh – complexly flavoured for a rosé, very tasty if she’s into that sort of thing; this would be a reasonably expensive wine.
Raina says, “I’d offer Cinna some, but I know she prefers her sugar-shine.”
Raina is referring to the glass of Basi that Cinna has been nursing.
Cinna makes an amused indeed face, and takes a sip of her drink in response.
Lia may comment on the wine if she wishes, if she doesn’t (or if it’s a comment not requiring a response), Raina will ask, “so where are you based, here on Cap Isle?”
Lia will roll the mouthful around to fully appreciate the flavours before raising her eyebrows and making an appreciative noise at Raina.
She will watch the interplay between her and Cinna with interest before complimenting the flavourful complexity of the rosé. She will possibly sip a little more than usual as a result. Is there any food on offer?
She will give a fairly general locale in response to the query, rather than just blurting out her address.
