Raina appears to be soft-focussing on Lia, allowing her perception to take in a wide field of vision.  Lia’s Body Language ability suggests to her through more subtle cues that Raina probably noted the leg movement, and with appreciation, but gave nothing away with an obvious glance. 

She does observe Raina note her drink, and seeing it sufficiently full, doesn’t comment but refills her own glass from a carafe on the table – white wine of some sort – while apparently considering Lia’s response.
