Does the exploration with Maxine have an end goal? eg: Is she looking for a friend or a customer or a contact she can barter services and favours with?
Incidentally, as she’s dressing for the shoot it may occur to Lia that’s not too different from what Maxine wears routinely, though Maxine is sans ponytail.
The Shoot
Cinna thanks Lia for the advisory, but says she’s quite happy to remain out of the public eye and won’t appear for the shoot. Esha, on the other hand, is quite happy to appear in the vid sequence and will unless Lia makes a serious request for her not to do so.
Lia’s interview goes well, she feels, and off camera she has the presenter and crew engaged and amused.

Hmm. Let’s go for friend/contact with Maxine for the moment. Lia is amused by the visual comparison to her persona for Madison and wonders what that might mean between the two of them. Her only fear being the loss of Madison as a regular client if she takes up with Maxine.
Lia is not surprised Esha is muscling her way into the shoot. She doesn’t really mind so long as it’s purpose is not derailed by Esha into becoming the Esha special. She will quietly remind her that this is a job.
