As noted previously, Madison is on Zargonia. If Lia wants to try and leverage Madison, it may take a while and there may be faster opportunities locally.
That said, if she wishes to contact Madison she is free to do so.

And we’re back to normal with a 12 vs 14 for Streetwise.
She will contact Madison using a discreet account under Emerald Winta’s false identity.
It’s a vid mail and Winta has her hair back in a fluffy ponytail. She is wearing glasses with bright blue frames that accentuate her eyes. Her outfit is modest compared to Winta’s usual style with a crisp cream coloured shirt, unbuttoned just enough for a hint of cleavage to be visible and a conservative brown pencil skirt that is nicely tight across the thighs. Winta’s signature ID bracelet is visible as well as a pair of distinctive amber earrings.
She adjusts her glasses and clears her throat before speaking.
“Hi there. I know it’s a little presumptuous of me to contact you like this. It’s not something I would usually do…”
She fidgets slightly with the collar of her shirt.
“I was just hoping you might be able to help me… I know how well connected you are in Entertainment and there’s a new restaurant on Captree that could use a little of your…star quality.”
She looks at the camera a little shyly. There may even be a hint of a blush.
“If you could spare a little of your valuable time and drop a word about Platters on the Esplanade in the right ear – maybe a gossip columnist looking for hot new hangouts? I’d be eternally grateful.”
Big soulful eyes to the camera.
“I would owe you big time…”
She gives a shy little grin and a wave and signs off.
