It may occur to Lia that Cinna could actually be somewhat uncomfortable about sex but tries to hide that reaction.
Uncomfortable about how it makes her feel or the fact that her body seems to want it despite reservations? i.e Might that reaction be her prudishness sneaking through because what Lia said excites her and that makes her uncomfortable? Or was the statement uncomfortable because it went a little too far for her sensibilities?
