        She’s basically inferring a line between drugs and vice, or Cinna’s type of crime as opposed to hers, which might depend on what she currently knows about the organization. So it may be a line between whatever she smuggles or acquires for Cinna and vice.
        She’s essentially asking if she wants it put about that this is a great location for under the table deals or discreet liaisons of a more sexual nature.
