I think Cinna would preferentially choose restaurant meetings with Lia – usually lunch, even though Cinna isn’t a big eater.
However, Lia knows that Cinna arranges her wake-sleep schedule so she wakes up late in Green (just after lunch for Lia) and Cinna’s lunch is Lia’s dinner time.
If Lia indicates urgency for some reason then she can meet straight away, if not, then she can head to her apartment first.
I have a sense we’re talking large briefcase-size for the delivery in this case; you concur?
Cinna is likely to prefer a meeting somewhere in the capital city on the surface, or perhaps the Downport, unless Lia indicates the Highport is preferable for some reason, such as urgency.
The default choice is likely to be a restaurant in the capital city during the first Blue Shift after Lia arrives at Captree Highport.
What will Lia tell Cinna to influence a meet?

Briefcase sounds fine and she doesn’t feel any need for urgency, so she will visit home first and make contact requesting a meeting. I assume this is something Cinna has asked her to do previously? So there’s possibly a protocol for completing a delivery, which I’m guessing this is. Is this just a product sample or a full delivery of goods?
She would prefer to use the comm number considering this is not Winta’s business but will only do so if the comm is acceptable outside of emergency contact.
I think she would know the help line already given that fencing and smuggling were part of her business before she met Cinna.
