The steward leaves to fetch her drink.

Seeing the others moving toward the table, ‘Octant 6’ gently ushers ‘PDA man’ forwards, stopping briefly to speak to the steward who was serving ‘Formal Wear’, before eventually taking seats at #13 and #14.

‘Formal Wear’ moves to sit at #11.

The ‘Father’ on her left turns to her once the Steward has left.

“Bluevening Mer, Atorrey Primm,” he indicates himself, “my partner Mima Attrice,” the woman, ‘Mother – Group of 4’ to his left, “and our son, Secomb,” the young man to Lia’s right.

Mima nods, “Bluevening.”

Secomb turns to Lia, having heard his name mentioned while apparently having his attention focussed on his other table companion, “Ah, Bluevening Mer.” He apparently properly notices Lia for the first time and does the usual male reaction, though it it not overly crass nor inappropriate.

With her Empathy, she doesn’t get a good read on Father Atorrey.  Mother Mima seems professional, perhaps a little reserved though her voice was strong when she spoke her greeting.  Son Secomb seems very conscious of behaving appropriately and his body language is stiff with self-consciousness, though Lia senses no deliberate intent to deceive about him.

  1. Lia Silver-Rose says:

    Lia smiles politely.

    “Bluevening, Mers.”

She nods to the couple and smiles a little more genuinely at the son.
