H-066: Passenger Liner Captree Traveller, Resi Lounge

The Resi Lounge is the name given to the central space around which are ringed the Restricted-Class cabins; eight Luxury and four Standard.  When Lia arrived aboard, trailed by her two luggage porters, the lounge looked much like it did in the plan view below – a moderate central table surrounded by couches.  

Since she has been in the bath, however, the space has been rearranged with the couches removed and a linen-covered dining table erected in the middle.  Lightweight privacy screens with a decorative motif have been erected to create a circling corridor for cabin access, isolating the table into a private dining room in the middle.

How is Lia timing her arrival with regard to the published event start time?
