Lia is well travelled – an occasion such is this is usually semi-formal, but she won’t be over-dressed if she goes full formal and many do.  Neat casual is also acceptable, as while most people travelling Restricted Class will be well-heeled and socially adept Gold Tags, it’s not that uncommon for a working Silver Tag to be in the mix who might not actually have an evening dress, and once you’re part of the ‘restricted set’ it’s often (though not uniformly) considered bad manners to make a public display of any status inequality (ie there is an unspoken assumption that if you’re entitled to travel Restricted Class you must be doing good for the Dominion and it would be improper to suggest otherwise).
