I’m assuming they will say whatever they need to say to each other and Lia will return to her room, or somewhere else.
It’s just coming into GB10 when they part.

So, as indicated previously, Oliver will continue working on the Widget files and the Envoy’s messages. Is there anything in particular the player would like to know about the widget files that I have not disclosed?
Oliver will receive a visit from Jonathan at BR05, advising him that there is a late meeting with Zayaire back in the Quartz Room at RR01.
Oliver will get as far as processing the Alexa Constantine message set described in this post before the meeting. Specifically, he will not have had a chance to work on the Michelle Richpack, Wynette Oldman or Ross Clearing-Peak Messages unless you indicate a change of approach.
Lia
Lia will go and do whatever it is that Lia plans to do with the time. If she is in her room at BR06 she will receive a visit from Jonathan advising her that there is a late meeting with Zayaire back in the Quartz Room at RR01. If she is not, there will be a note pushed under the door ‘Quartz room RR01 – Jonathan’ when she returns.

If there’s anything either of you wish to do or clarify before the meeting in response to the above, let me know.
Otherwise, will Oliver and Lia meet first or just meet at the Quartz room?
How punctual will they be?
What will they be wearing and what will they have with them?
Anything else in preparation?
Not unless it would be relevant, or if Oliver can know it for now and have it in memory in case it comes up later.

Oliver is happy to follow Lia’s lead on pre-meetings and will reach out in case she does want to meet.
He will be wearing his standard attire and have his usual equipment including laptop and his laser in his bag: not loaded.
Lia will be in her room when Jonathan delivers his message. She doesn’t feel the need for a pre-meeting, is simply happy to have something that might convince Zayaire to release her people and let them out of this Octant.
She will spend the time in between going out for dinner and dancing on the town.
She will arrive very slightly late and dressed in a green suede mini skirt, thigh high brown boots and a slouchy rusty orange top, falling off one shoulder. Her hair is pushed up on one side with a comb and there is glitter on her eyelids. She is wearing her usual ring and identi-bracelet and the necklace that she always wears around Zayaire.
