Indeed, Zayaire’s penchant for assisted lubrication remains an open question.
The Rotunda itself is mostly glass with green-toned structural elements between. The roof is glass and shows the stars, the walls mostly glass panels and shows the lit gardens outside. The floor is green tinted opaque glass tiles with faux crack patterns that resemble the veins on a leaf. Tan-coloured linen adorns the table tops and the crockery is green glass.
The Envoy studying his menu data pad, does not appear to have noticed Lia yet.

She’s fine with that for now. She will take a moment to admire the view and the decor. She appreciates the crockery. After a moment of taking in the aesthetic, she will take her book out of her bag and place it on the table before perusing the menu.
