There are data pads on the table through which one can order, and one by the door so people can browse before entering.

The two service staff Lia can see are currently busy dealing with the Envoy and the Big Guy, so Lia will have a little time to observe them uninterrupted.  The Envoy is being shown to a table overlooking a lush garden outside, currently lit with multi-coloured artificial lights that slowly change hue.  It seems a breeze is blowing up out there and the garden is swaying in the wind.  The Big Guy is being shown to a separate table not far from the door where Lia is standing.

The place is over 3/4 full.
