Oliver notes two things about his dataset.  First, because the message net doesn’t work when a ship is in hyperspace and then transmits and receives when a ship exits and connects to the comm net, looking at message dates and times he can make a good guess when the Envoy was travelling between systems, if that is of interest (and it may or may not be.)  Second, there are a set of messages that can be isolated across the time the Envoy has been on Mundo Zargo that don’t appear to connect with the people Oliver has so far encountered, these are mostly with various people at the Cultural Bureau, someone at the Administration Bureau and several with the Legion (see below for name details).

We can handle this a couple of ways.  There are enough messages that statistically Oliver is almost certain to get a general gist of the conversation even if he fails a few rolls, so if you like I can just rule he succeeds and you’ll get that.  However, there’s no chance for critical success or failure that way… so if you want, you can roll twice to cover the whole conversation and you might get the same result, something better, or nothing at all.  Your choice; what would you like to do?
