There are many names he hasn’t seen, literally hundreds if not thousands.

I don’t actually recall if Lia (or even Zayaire, though I’m pretty sure he didn’t) passed on to Oliver the name of the most likely candidate from Zargonia, but she has been exposed to the information so I’ll say Oliver knows it as a name to look out for – Planning Bureau Undercrat Grade 3 Incubo Paro-Schwab.

There was an exchange of messages between the Envoy and Paro-Schwab, initiated by the Envoy between 211.390 and 211.396.

There was an exchange of messages between the Envoy and Communications Bureau Under Secretary Shwanda Bakkur-Ophala-Jandicot-Oakey from 211.416 to 211.419, then one more sent by the Envoy on 211.430.

The initial messages to Beiji Garner-Overshot-Dox, who seems to be important in the Household, was sent on 211.444 and quickly responded to.

Then on 211.446 and over the next few Cycles a number of messages were sent and then received from names Oliver heard mentioned by Zayaire, both candidates and people who Zayare mentioned the Envoy meeting with, including Zayaire himself.  That includes:

• Assistant Secretary Markov-Wrikster Crough-Whittle (possible candidate)
• Junior Secretary Panchas Tog
• Junior Secretary Denise Willbury
• Vizier Burua
• Vizier Farbello

• Agriculture Bureau Local Overcrat Zayaire Preston-Lischost
