Fortunately, the information is in the surveillance notes that Zayaire provided.

To recap what they have learned so far:

• The security detail comprises two males and one female, dubbed ‘the Big Guy’, ‘the Little Guy’ and ‘the Woman’ by Zayaire’s agents
  • Big Guy works Green
  • Little Guy works Blue
  • The Woman works Red
  • The Woman seems to be the most technically savvy regarding surveillance tech
  • All are discretely armed 
• One of Zayaire’s agents has noted the Envoy tried and failed to chat up a restaurant server
• An agent has noted that the Little Guy becomes bored with static surveillance and likes to move around 
• The on-duty security detail is never very far from their principal, but not always in line-of-sight, Zayaire’s agents suspect the Envoy carries an alarm to summon them if needed
• One of the Agents has made a note that a lot of the security depends on keeping a low profile ‘security by obscurity’ rather than active defence
• One of Zayaire’s agents noted that they, ‘observed flirtatious behaviour with Junior Secretary Wilbury’

• Probable regular Chak player

  • But has not been seen playing in public

• Possible gourmand – pays attention to food and orders when dining

• Takes basic anti-surveillance precautions

  • For example, anti bug devices

  • Long-distance passive surveillance has been attempted and failed

  • The envoy’s security detail vet his accommodations before he arrives

  • Presumed additional security on his lodgings for when he is absent (eg The Woman on his security detail seems to have a tech kit of some sort that she leaves in his rooms)

• Most of his important meetings have been held in highly secure locations (Secretariat Building, Vizierate Complex, Legion Cast), which has limited surveillance opportunities 

• Zayaire mentioned that, “…he has a fairly generous schedule.  A few meetings here and there and then plenty of downtime, some of it he seems to be working, but other times it seems recreational.  He has, yes, taken time for a few drinks here and there, like many visitors here, in Blue Shift when its both Rec Time and day light for many people.”

More specifically, Envoy Solomon seems to be organising his meetings for Green Shift, taking rec time mostly in Blue, and sleeping in Red.
