Per your text, Aston paid Lia  ʄ5,100 for a little over 1 Shift of work.

Our previous discussion on Lia’s rates was summarised in 6-336; ʄ1,500 per Job or ʄ150 per Task.

Lia met Farbello at the Dining Room at GR03 and he left the Suite at the BC Break.  That’s 52 Tasks or a little under 5 Standard Jobs (there are 10 Tasks to a Job, but that time span includes 4 Break Tasks, just to complicate things, so it’s a little over 5 Elapsed Jobs).

There’s also 4 Tasks travel time from the Downport in the Vizierate Aerostat if she wants to charge for that as well.

So assuming the same rates as Aston that’s:

• ʄ7,500 rounding to the nearest Job
• ʄ7,800 by Task
• ʄ9,000 by per Job or Part thereof
• plus ʄ600 travel time

Or however else she wants to charge and a bigger number if she charged Farbello a higher rate given the nature of the services provided.

Prosperity Exclusiva

The view isn’t as good as the one from the Secretariat Dining Room, but it’s more than adequate.

The restaurant is not quite a third full.  She has arrived in the gap between brunch and lunch (for those who work Green Shift).  A number of Red Shift workers may be having a late dinner.

Incidentally, Lia may have noticed that Mundo Zargo doesn’t have the same concentration of Green Shift workers as many other places.  The day-night cycle on Mundo Zargo is very close to a standard Dominion Cycle, but at the the city and Downport’s longitude, the day coincides with Blue and Red Shift and many people who are able to do so organise their work so that they are awake in daylight; Kort’s waking and sleeping schedule may suddenly make sense.
