F-233-Lia: Secretariat Landing Area, Transfer Hall and Transit Corridor

“Well, that depends on the visitor.  Some, the Vizier is happy to leave to fend for themselves.”

At the end of the Transfer Hall, a pair of glass double-doors open onto a long, wide corridor stretching off in both directions.  There’s a walkway, a two-way travelator and a small roadway.  It’s moderately busy.

The Vizant steps onto one of the travelator feeder belts and soon he and Lia are being whisked along the corridor.  By way of explanation he says, “We just go along here to the main elevator banks up to the tower.”

“I manage the Vizier’s Office here in the Secretariat Building.  He has another Vizant to look after him over in the Vizierate Headquarters.”
