Restricted Environs (aka Resi/Restricted Sections, Areas or Enclaves) are areas of the Dominion restricted from access by the general populace.

Generally to access the Restricted Environs one needs to:

• Be a high rank in the Legion, Vizierate or Bureaucracy
• Have business within the environ
• Be otherwise approved for access

If there are commercial establishments inside a Restricted Environ, shopping there can count as ‘having business’ if one has an appointment, or if one is an F-Class they will be able to wander in to browse.
