Head Bureaucrat

Health has two leadership positions:

• The Health Overseer – responsible for administration of the Bureau
• The Grand Physician – responsible for Clinical matters

Scope  

• Regulates and operates Health facilities.
• Regulates and operates ambulance services. 
• Determines what does and does not qualify as Schedule Treatment (see Healthcare)
• Sets medical research priorities for civilian medicine in conjunction with the Vizierate (which co-ordinates research) and the Legion (which sets it’s own priorities for military medical research).
