D-099: Black sky…

Lia is flying.

It has the familiarity of the last stages of a shuttle descent through the dark, though there’s no shuttle around her, just Lia flying in a dark, black sky, a stiff breeze plucking at her hair.

Off to her right she can see the strip landing lights of the Grasslands Estate on Mundo Zargo, and a patch of brighter lights of a nearby settlement just beyond.

Off to her left, the string of lights that signify the archipelago on which Raina’s Manor House is located, which Lia has seen coming in on a Hybridyne.

Ahead is a gentle black sky and outlines of grey clouds.
