Cultural Bureau – Geraldine Cosfield Messages

The Envoy introduces himself by reaching out to Local Overcrat Cosfield of the Cultural Bureau, explaining that he is advising on the itinerary for the upcoming visit of the Name Heir to Mundo Zargo and seeking advice from the cultural bureau.  He notes that he has a personal interest in gastronomical pursuits and is particularly interested in Mundo Zargo’s offerings in that area that he could recommend for the Name Heir.   Cosfield provides him with the three other Cultural Bureau contacts below and asks to be kept informed of developments as she wants to provide the best service possible for the Name Heir.  She is cc’d on most of the messages to and from Jewel-Blessing, Constantine and Richpack.

Cultural Bureau – Lewis Jewel-Blessing Messages

Following the introduction from Cosfield, the Envoy engages in correspondence with Undercrat Jewel-Blessing, whose specialty is literature and film.  The correspondence here is fairly cursory.

Cultural Bureau – Alexa Constantine Messages

Following the introduction from Cosfield, the Envoy engages in correspondence with Undercrat Constantine, whose specialty is sports and related activities.  This also covers Chak, and the Envoy has a lengthy discussion about local Chak venues and the state of the sport on Mundo Zargo. 

Cultural Bureau – Michelle Richpack Messages

Following the introduction from Cosfield, the Envoy engages in correspondence with Undercrat Richpack, whose specialty is food and drink.  There is extensive correspondence here, and the discussion is ongoing; at some point Local Overcrat Cosfield was removed from the cc list.  Richpack does note that as an agricultural world, there is plenty of local variety here; it is noted in passing that the Envoy will be contacting the head of the Local Agricultural Bureau, Zayaire Preston-Lischost, during his stay. 

Administration Bureau – Wynette Oldman Messages

The Envoy introduces himself by reaching out to Undercrat Wynette Oldman of the Administration Bureau, explains that he has official business on Mundo Zargo with which he believes the Undercrat may be able to assist, and notes that he was given Oldman’s name by a mutual friend in Octant 5 who has a fascination with collecting new friends.  The Envoy says he is interested in the Administration Bureau’s portfolio coverage on Mundo Zargo compared to what the other Bureaus take care of internally, in order to get some background on how the governmental machinery on Mundo Zargo works.  Undercrat Oldman responds by attaching a couple of documents that look to be an official Administration Bureau portfolio summary and a slightly more detailed internal document covering similar matters.  The messages then indicate that the Envoy called Undercrat Oldman and that, as per whatever they discussed in the call, the Envoy enclosed his approximate itinerary on Mundo Zargo so the meeting they discussed could be arranged.  

Legion – Ross Clearing-Peak Messages

The Envoy introduces himself to Operations Commander Praetorian Clearing-Peak explaining that he is advising on the itinerary for the upcoming visit of the Name Heir to Mundo Zargo, and seeking information on whether there are any specific security issues regarding the visit he should take into account for his advice.  He notes that he has been advised to go direct to Commander Clearing-Peak by the Grand Praetorian on Zargonia and not through the local command.  A meeting was organised and took place at the Legion Cast.

Workaholism?

By the time he finishes that it will be BB06 – I’ve assumed a couple of short breaks for lunch and dinner; there are meal packs in the mini-bar – let me know if Oliver’s likely to do anything more extravagant.
