Junior Secretary Panchas Tog Messages

Unlike the candidate introduction emails, the non-candidates have a more varied flavour, but there are common themes.  For Panchas Tog, the Envoy states that he will be on Mundo Zargo to recommend a new Governor, but as the current Governor’s personal assistant, he desires a meeting to be briefed on current issues on Mundo Zargo, and Governor Haugh’s approach to managing her responsibilities.  The meeting with Panchas Tog has already taken place in the Secretariat Building in Tropica City.

Junior Secretary Denise Willbury Messages

The message introduction to Junior Secretary Willbury is similar to that with Panchas Tog.  Junior Secretary Willbury is the Office Manager for the business of the Governing Council, as such she is privy to all the council’s business, arranges the meetings, manages all the briefing papers and the meeting and decision record that becomes local actions that effect how Mundo Zargo operates.  The meeting with Denise Willbury has already taken place in the Secretariat Building in Tropica City.

Vizier Burua Messages

Vizier Burura Bitziak is the ViC of the Vizierate on Mundo Zargo.  The introduction to Vizier Burura is essentially a courtesy call.  The Envoy states that he is on Mundo Zargo to both make a recommendation to the Overlord on the new Governor, but also to advise on the itinerary for the upcoming visit of the Name Heir to Mundo Zargo, and he wishes to get Vizier Burura’s thoughts on those matters, and any other issues the Vizier may wish to discuss.  The meeting with Vizier Burura has already taken place at the Vizierate Complex just outside Tropica City.

Vizier Farbello Messages

Vizier Farbello Murderer-Klok is the Vizierate representative on Mundo Zargo’s Governing Council.  In the Envoy’s introduction, he states that he is on Mundo Zargo to make a recommendation to the Overlord on the new Governor.  He wishes to get Vizier Farbello’s thoughts on what sort of governance style best suits the council and the needs of Mundo Zargo, and wishes to get the Vizierate’s position on the best characteristics for a new Governor.  The meeting with Vizier Farbello has already taken place in the Secretariat Building in Tropica City.

There are some follow-up messages with Vizier Farbello regarding the Vizier providing the Envoy with some data on local space piracy and smuggling activity.

Legion Under Marshall Gollins Messages

Operations Under Marshall Defender and Temporary Commandant Councillor Clint Gollins is both in charge of Legion Oerations on Mundo Zargo and also a temporary appointee as the Legion’s Governing Council representative on Mundo Zargo.  The Envoy states that he is on Mundo Zargo to both make a recommendation to the Overlord on the new Governor, but also to advise on the itinerary for the upcoming visit of the Name Heir to Mundo Zargo, and he wishes to consult with the Under Marshall and his Commissariat advisor on those matters.  Two meetings took place with Under Marshall Gollins, one alone at the Secretariat Building in Tropica City and one that included Over Commander Penderberry at the Legion Cast located between the main Downport and Tropica City.  

Over Commander Penderberry Messages

Commissar Over Commander Martinet Henson Penderberry is the highest ranking Commissar on Mundo Zargo and Under Marshall Gollins’ advisor on Commissariat matters.  The Envoy states that he is on Mundo Zargo to both make a recommendation to the Overlord on the new Governor, but also to advise on the itinerary for the upcoming visit of the Name Heir to Mundo Zargo, and he wishes to consult with the Under Marshall on those matters, he advises Penderberry that he considers it prudent to also consult with the local Martinet, Penderberry, on those matters and anything else the Commissar wishes to discuss. Two meetings took place with Penderberry, one including the Under Marshall at the Legion Cast and one alone at the Overlord’s Preserve.

Next?

By the time Oliver has finished doing all that it will be approaching his usual dinner time.  He can probably get in one more message set before then if he wishes, or do something else.
