Preservor Garner-Overshot-Dox,
I am constrained by business in Green Shift here at Crystal Coast that Cycle, but am pleased to accept your invitation as soon as I can make my way to the preserve – if you will accept me as a late arrival. The evening sounds most in accord with my tastes!
Whilst I have the opportunity, and on a minor note, there was recently a small security scare at my current location. While I appreciate there are routine procedures and so forth, and a dedication to my safety that I really do appreciate, I don’t want the security people getting overly excited, as I have noted that they are likely to do in an essentially mundane detail as looking after an Envoy engaged in what amounts to the evaluation of bureaucratic minutiae. I wouldn’t want them to set off alarms when I am trying to observe the ‘local wild life’ in their natural habitat, as it were and would appreciate you advising against undue intervention if need be.
I appreciate your understanding and look forward to productive discussions at the function.
Warm regards.

Envoy Solomon Reks-Factori,
I am pleased to invite you to a small function at the Overlordly Preserve here on Mundo Zargo to take place on 211.458 from GCC until late into Bluevening.
We have an exhibition from a group of local artists followed by a meal prepared by some of our local chefs featuring some of Mundo Zargo’s best locally produced produce.
We would be very pleased if you could join us as an honoured guest, and would appreciate the opportunity to also discuss your thoughts on arrangements for the upcoming visit of the Name Heir.
