Ser,

while you were at dinner accompanied by Security Agent MORREY there was a security alert on the rooms at the Crystal Coast Resort.

Incident Report

A resort maintenance employee requested entrance to room 403 where Security Agent NOYES-BOWIE is quartered.  The maintenance employee identified themself as ‘Oliver’ and requested access to rectify a minor fault between room 403 or 402 (Envoy REKS-FAKORI’s location).  The maintenance worker was happy to wait until after the rooms were vacated to address the issue, stating it was only minor.  Security Agent NOYES-BOWIE alerted Security Agent WASYLOW and attempted to contact Security Agent MORREY about a possible breach.  Security Agent WASYLOW maintained a guard over room 402.  Security Agent NOYES-BOWIE followed up with resort duty manager Pamela BARLOW.  BARLOW revealed an apparent miscommunication as part of the resort’s internal processes and extended the resort’s apologies for the interruption.  Security Agent NOYES-BOWIE advised Security Agent WASYLOW of the resort’s response.  Security Agent WASYLOW noted the alert was likely not material but decided to maintain a presence at room 402 until Envoy REKS-FAKORI returned to room 402 and could be advised.  When contacted, Security Agent MORREY noted that Envoy REKS-FAKORI had given instructions not to be disturbed during his dinner and advised that no suspicious activity had occurred.  Summary assessment:  Low Risk.

Per operating procedures, a copy of this incident report will be forwarded to Mundo Zargo Household Operations Controller Householder Maple HUON.

NB:  It looks like an inbound message holds the cc data in the encrypted section, but an outbound has it in clear (because the message server needs to know it.)
