Coolsville 

Coolsville is a city on Zargonia about 700km East of Settlement with a population of about 450,000, it has something of a reputation as ‘a popular destination for Banded Mers.’

Oliver has technically been to Coolsville – he saw the train station platform from the window of a MagLev Train when travelling from Purpleton to see Bronze-Stepping in Snow Lake, though he was asleep for the return journey.  His memory will give him a flash of an attractively architected city and plenty of greenery.
